Introducing Banjo Harris Plane
We are absolutely delighted to announce that Banjo Harris Plane, Australian Sommelier of the Year in 2013, has joined our team at Stones of the Yarra Valley and Meletos as Senior Wine consultant. Banjo comes to us after a five year stint as Restaurant Manager and Sommelier at the world famous Attica.
A major role for Banjo will be to continue to grow and improve our wine lists and to assist in the continued development of our floor staff to ensure a great wine experience for all guests at our three on-site restaurants. We have had a long commitment to Yarra Valley wines and we look forward to challenging this list
by introducing a few select wines sourced internationally and from some distinct Australian regions. Banjo has rare access to some very special wines through his new venture, REAL Wines, and we look forward to access to some of his preferred selections.
