Restaurant Reservation Terms & Conditions


Please note that we are a cashless venue and will accept card-only payments.

Credit card details are required for all reservations.

Your card will only be charged in the unfortunate event of cancellation within 24 hours of the booking time.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking time will incur a cancellation fee of $50 per person. A reduction in a booking size is considered a cancellation.

Please note, group sizes of 10 or more are required to dine on our 3-course set menu, priced at $95 per person.

For larger banquet bookings, a non-refundable deposit may be required.

Please note we host weddings on Saturday & Sunday evenings - consequently will start preparing the restaurant from 3.00 pm onwards.

Customers are not permitted to bring any food or beverage onto the property for consumption, nor can any food leave the venue.

Decorations, signs, confetti, and balloons are not permitted in the restaurant.

Cakeage
We allow customers to bring their own cakes. This will be subject to a $50 cakeage fee per cake, and must include an allergen list from the cake supplier. Large cakes may be subject to an addition al service charge.

Card Payment Surcharge
Please note, that all card transactions (debit and credit) will incur a 1% transaction surcharge that will be applied to your final bill at the point of payment. 

Public Holiday Surcharge
Kindly note that a 15% surcharge is applied to all transactions at The Barn and The Stables at Stones on days when public holidays are observed. This surcharge reflects the increase in staff costs experienced on public holidays. We thank you for your understanding.
