Ramona & Michael - September 2024

The team at Stones were an incredibly welcoming, compassionate group of staff who would always check in to see that we wouldn't be stressed on the day. We had the best day of our lives because of their planning, coordination, and execution, and everything went so smoothly that we couldn't have asked for better. 

Alana was incredibly detailed in the planning process and proactively engaged our suppliers, including the live band, florist, photographer and others. She would answer our countless questions over email, no matter the time or day, and was very reassuring the whole way. Stones have a very thorough process for planning, with a detailed set of questions that covers the run time for the day, the type of table runners, candles, food selection and more. If you are unsure of what suppliers you need, Stones can provide a long list of recommended suppliers who are just top tier to work with and offer great value when compared to the rest of the market. 

On our day, we were blessed with the support of a few wedding coordinators, including Alana, who studied the planning documents to the tee (also shout out to Cass and Emily!). The day went very smoothly with the team even making minor adjustments to Ramona's wedding dress that enabled our first dance. 

We couldn't have asked for more from the team at Stones and we felt incredibly supported on the day.
