It’s back! We are delighted that our annual Truffle Dinner will return to The Stables this winter.
This dinner is a celebration of the of umami-packed truffles that are synonymous with winter luxury around the globe. Our truffles are provided by Adrian Utter who is a local farmer, vigneron, agricultural scientist, agronomist and all-round great guy whose truffles have graced our menus for years. Working closely with Adrian, head chef, Aimee Pratesi has designed an incredible menu that showcases the best of Adrian’s tireless work as well as celebrating the producers of our beautiful region.
